Return & Exchange For Store Credit Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can place a return within 7 days of the date you received your order. The item must be unused and in its original condition with the original packaging with all materials included. Items returned soiled will be denied and returned to the customer at their own expense for Store Credit
To process a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please understand that all returns must be pre-authorized by emailing us before sending any product back to us. After 7 days, the Return Authorization will expire, and no replacements or refunds will be given.
Once we have received your returned package and inspected the items, you will be contacted via the email address provided in your original order. If your return is accepted as per our returns policy, we will issue you a store credit to purchase from our website. Please be aware that it may take some time before the credit is officially posted on your account. We only offer store credit for refunds and exchanges.
Please note we reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions outlined above.
The cost involved in returning or exchanging an item to SMC Merch will not be covered or reimbursed by us and is the customer responsibility. SMC Merch will not be held liable for any lost returns. We strongly recommend you use a registered postal service and record the tracking details, especially if the order cost is over $75.
The cost involved in reshipping an exchange item back to the customer will also not be covered by us. To make the reshipping process easier, we will deduct the reshipping cost from your store credit.
We cannot accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by products that are damaged in transit. We suggest packing each product carefully to help protect from in-transit damage.
We understand that sometimes items arrive defective or damaged. If your purchase arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. Contact us at email@example.com with a description and image of the damaged item. We will get back to you. Once approved, we can offer an exchange (if the item is in stock) or store credit.
